This time of year is a tough challenge for many of us. Viruses and changeable weather make demands on the immune system and health. One success factor in staying as healthy as possible during the winter months is drinking enough water. Adequate hydration provides uncomplicated support for body and mind.

With this post, we would like to remind our Heyl family and our followers to ideally drink at least 2 litres a day. Even a glass over the thirst.
