Once a year, the trainees of Lammetal GmbH and Gebr. Heyl Analysentechnik GmbH & Co. KG go on an apprentice exchange programme to get to know the company. The trainees spend a week at the other company. In this way, the trainees familiarize themselves intensively and easily with the work processes of the partner company.
