An interview with our Managing Director and owner Jörg-Tilman Heyl. (Part 1)
Question 1: Where is AI already being used in Heyl’s company?
A: Langdock is available to all employees. This is a data protection-compliant AI that utilises various applications such as Claude and ChatGPT.
Q2: How long has Langdock been in active use?
A: The introduction was gradual. I tested it for a year and passed it on to specific employees, such as our IT department, before making it available to all employees.
Question 3: What else is it used for?
A: We work a lot with software and have our own programmers. I myself am tech-savvy, worked with computers during my studies and learnt the BASIC programming language. But I’m not a programmer. I’m currently creating complex SQL queries with AI. Often several runs are necessary until a correct evaluation is created. However, as a layman, I am able to create a complete and complex analysis of, for example, the components of our products within an hour.
