Last Friday, a small and enthusiastic group of us went on a brown cabbage hike in the Hildesheim forest. After a walk of around 5 kilometres and about 1.5 hours, we stopped off together at the ‘Hildesheimer Aussichtsturm’ forest restaurant, where we were actively supported by Sandra & Michael as we enjoyed our meal.
There was plenty of cabbage with everything that goes with it and we really enjoyed it.
But that wasn’t all: to top it all off, there was homemade cake, which put us in a food coma for good.
We’re already looking forward to the next time!
