That’s the Management Information Game, MIG

At this year’s Management Information Game, MIG, upper secondary pupils from Scharnhorst Gymnasium and Robert-Bosch-Gesamtschule spent a week with us in Hildesheim.

They developed strategies, analysed key performance indicators, made decisions and presented their findings. Practical, challenging and with genuine team spirit.

Not even the summer temperatures could throw the participants off course. With great concentration, creativity and commitment, the teams demonstrated just how exciting business thinking can be. Special thanks go to Andreas Mätzold for organising and leading the MIG, as well as to all the teachers, partners and supporters – above all to Howmet Aerospace for the fantastic collaboration (as always).

For us, the MIG serves as a powerful example year after year of just how effective career guidance can be when young people are given the chance to experience business first-hand, take on responsibility, make decisions and present their own ideas.
