Arne joined our chemical production as a laboratory technician in 2011. To this day, one of his most important tasks is the quality assurance of chemical products. In 2015, Arne successfully completed further training to become an industrial master chemist and has been responsible for our quality management ever since. Arne is also responsible for processing complaints, qualifying test equipment and is a first aider. His favourite feature is the wide range of opportunities for participation. Right from the start, Arne was able to actively contribute and help shape his working environment and processes.
