
Olive has been part of Gebrüder Heyl Analysentechnik since February 2019. Her journey with us began as a trainee. As a qualified industrial clerk, she initially started in the human resources department as a parental leave replacement and then simply stayed there and with us in the company. Her responsibilities developed step by step: from time recording with Atoss to paying and application processes to topics related to social benefits and more. Today, Olive is responsible for the entire human resources department, an area that requires organisation, accuracy and empathy in equal measure.
Olive about her personal Heyllight:
‘For me, it’s the extensive range of tasks and the responsibility I am allowed to take on here.’ Making quick and independent decisions is just as much a part of her job as providing reliable support to the management. ‘I particularly appreciate the family environment, the great colleagues and the atmosphere in our family business.’
