For the second time this year, we hosted the Management Information Game (MIG). Sixteen students from Scharnhorst Gymnasium and Robert Bosch Gesamtschule spent a week with us at the company, stepping into the shoes of company executives. In addition to inspiring lectures and exciting insights into business processes and procedures, the presentation evening on Wednesday was another highlight. There was a wide range of smart desks with top-class features to see and experience, delicious catering and high-profile guests from the business world and schools. The week concluded with the investor conference and an obligatory tour of the company.
A big thank you goes to Andreas Mätzold, Howmet Aerospace and, of course, our team, who once again showed great commitment and passion.
We are already looking forward to the next round in March 2026.
