As a trained hairdresser, she was a classic career changer in our chemical production. Over the years, Vanessa has completed several further training courses, including training officer, time tracking in human resources, and in February 2025 she successfully completed her <strong>qualification as a human resources specialist<\/strong>. Her tasks at Gebr\u00fcder Heyl are strongly colleague-orientated: Vanessa looks after trainees in chemistry, ensures a good and productive atmosphere and always has an eye on time tracking.
